How fast will my order arrive?
Orders are typically processed in 1–2 business days and arrive within about 2–8 business days after that, so plan on 3–10 business days in total. Peak periods or carrier disruptions can add time — if your order runs past that window we email you proactively rather than making you chase us.
Do I get tracking?
Yes. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. If tracking has not moved in a few days, reply to that email with your order number and we will follow up for you.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Use the Contact form within 14 days with your order number and a photo. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items get a replacement or refund and you do not pay return shipping on our mistakes. Full detail is in the refund policy linked in the footer.
How do I pick the right size?
Each product page lists measurements in the description — measure your dog or your back seat before ordering rather than guessing by breed. Not sure? Send measurements via the Contact form and we will tell you which option fits.
